WELCOME
Originally known as Ballydonnelly, Castlecaulfield village formed part of Sir Toby Caulfield’s grant of land in 1610. It has continued to grow and develop since those days, and with much land purchased for housing development in and around the village, it is sure to continue to change in the years that lie ahead. This is both challenging and exciting for the worshiping community of 120 families from the Presbyterian Church here in the village
We do not see ourselves as an institution to be maintained but a living family of believing people. We are committed to the study and practical obedience of the Bible as God’s word for us in every generation, trying to make it relevant in our lives, our worship, and our community. We make serious efforts to care for one another as part of a Christian fellowship using our God given gifts and abilities. We are attempting to live in our community as servants of Jesus Christ with a desire to share the amazing news that, “God can be known personally, and that our sins can be forgiven completely through faith in Jesus Christ.”
We hope our website will provide you not only with useful information about Castlecaulfield Presbyterian Church, but also give you a fresh desire to live with Jesus at the centre of your life. We invite you to join us in worship, fellowship and ministry, as we seek to encourage one another and grow in our Christian faith. Castlecaulfield is a congregation of the Presbyterian Church in Ireland,
